Blue Bayou

Welcome to the Pisces – Harvest Full Moon, and the Land of Emotions!  Have you felt everything come to the surface and began bursting out in sobs?  Did you feel the need to buy stock in Kleenex because of all the tears it’s absorbed?  That’s the moon’s work in action.  Don’t worry, we are all affected by the pull, and the release is necessary.

Pisces is the ruler of the 12th house where everything that lies below the surface, affecting our subconscious minds, lives.  With the Pisces Ruling planet, Neptune, currently in retrograde, we are fully seeing our past hurts, past actions and thoughts.  We are revisiting early childhood memories that were previously protected by a giant steel wall.   Saturn, the planet of Karma, and Pluto, the planet of Transformation, are also in retrograde, making us kick up the emotional dirt and unbury what we hid eons ago.

The Universe is guiding us to cut karmic ties.  Not just to people but old habits and old emotions.  You know, those things that have plagued us and put a strain on our energy.  Just because a mole has been there forever, does not mean it's supposed to stay forever.  Examine it.  Realize its skin cancer and excise it.  I know, an extreme example.  However, that's the sentiment.  A new cycle of living is coming next week once Saturn goes direct.  Don't bring the old, dead energy into the new life.  You have grown, evolved, elevated, and there's no reason to drag those heavy chains into this new beginning. So, if it means you must cry today, bawl until your stomach hurts.  But get it out.  If it means writing a goodbye letter to your past self, get the pen and paper to release those thoughts.  DO NOT SEND HATE MAIL OR TEXTS TO YOUR EX!  It's just creating more karma.

What am I doing as the ritual?

I began last night releasing the last of the toxins from my emotional being.  I made a protection and banishment candle early in the morning with the following herbs and used them for my spiritual bath as well:
  • Nettles
  • Basil
  • Eucalyptus Leaf
  • St. John’s Wort
Because I make my own soy candles, I was able to add onyx crystals and the following essential oils:
  • Clove
  • Rosemary
  • Dragons blood
During the evening, after saying my prayer of protection, I opened my windows and saged the house (counterclockwise) with Dragon's blood sage, while saying the 23rd Psalm.  I then used a banish and protection incense from House Freya, to fill the energy.

To further the release, I took a spiritual bath using the herbs, Himalayan salt and Florida water.

Now that the energy has a new vibe, tonight I will burn some frankincense and myrrh incense.  Light the Harvest Full Moon intention candle I created.  It has the following herbs and citrine crystal chips:
  • Hyssop
  • Coltsfoot
  • Yarrow
and essential oils:
  • Vanilla
  • Orange
This to bring in all the intentions for my life beyond this year.  To visualize and feel tangibly the manifestations in my personal and business worlds.  To bring what I have put out to the Divine, down to the physical, in the right timing.  And as always give thanks to the Most High for life, for love, for faith and for family.

Per usual, I am also keeping my money altar fed with my money candle, energy, offerings and intention.

What are you doing this Full Moon night?  Don't forget the energies last for two days after.  It's never too late to manifest in faith.
