It's a Groove Thing

Happy Full Moon In Sagittarius!  Also known as the Strawberry Moon, today we are in the harvest time of our philosophical and spiritual ideals.

As the ruler of the 9th House, Sagittarius dictates that we must not stay in our current concepts. We can't become mentally stagnant in our beliefs. We must expand through experience and consume more information to increase our understanding.  Why would you wish to have your behaviors based upon the fables told by those who may have received a misconception of ideals themselves?  What teacher prevents his students from investigating for themselves?  Do you find yourself in philosophical debates without the evidence to back you up?  Have you ever questioned your way of being but have been too afraid of the answers you will find?

Those are the areas in which this full moon will expose hidden or denied truths.  This moon says in order for you grow, you need a full understanding of what makes you be.  And that cannot happen standing in the same spot too afraid of exposure to a different culture, a different religion, a different area of the world.  You may even find yourself reading books about ancient spiritual practices and seeing the common energetic string among us all.  You'll look at the Bible that's been sitting on a shelf for decades, and find new meaning in a passage that you highlighted 10 years ago.


With Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto in retrograde, all of these deep inner transitions will have long lasting effects.  Jupiter is now moving backwards in it's home planet of Sagittarius and having many reflecting on all of the teachings they've experienced and consumed since 2018.  A year ago, you may have taken up a new practices.  Possibly incorporated meditation, yoga or even as far as a new religion.  During this season of retrograde, you are to see how that expanded and now incorporated way of life has either fulfilled or foolfilled you.  Were you bringing this in as an addition to your beliefs or using it to fill a hole in a codependent way?  The full moon will help to illuminate the answer to your questions and expose the truth.

Saturn and Pluto are both moon walking in hard working, rule following Capricorn.  They are working hand in hand to reap what has been sewn and dismantle what can no longer stand.  In their direct motions, this is an external exercise in one by one examining and choosing the parts that fit a foundation in our outside worlds.  While retrograde, your view of self and actions taken are now being called to the stand.  How will you fare when seeing a replay of last year?  What now needs to go in order for you to grow?  And really it's not by choice, Pluto will force the demise of those weakened structural components so the house can crumble to begin again.

This full moon we are to set the intention for a deeper spiritual understanding.  This will lead to an increase in talents, and a heightening of abilities.  Our purpose is tied to our spiritual bonds.  How can you fully manifest it if you only remain surface level in knowledge?  The planet of Neptune, which currently sits in Pisces says to dive deep and have faith that the answers lie within.  Stay connected to the Source of all creation.  The more wisdom gained, the stronger the bond to the Divine.
