Happy Full Moon Thursday!  Today we observe the Moon's phase in the sign of Libra, also known as the Pink Full Moon.  What does it mean?  What are its effects?  Will it really turn pink?

This is the final phase of the moon's journey within Libra, again asking us to focus on balance within our partnerships.  March's moon sat in 0 degrees, while today's moon now rests at it's opposite of 29 degrees; alpha and omega.  What did you learn about yourself during the between?  What needs to be revisited and released?  Libra craves partnerships.  Not meaningless, flighty connections, but those mirroring their beliefs and desires.  As an air sign, the mind and clear communication are paramount to feed the call for intellectual stimulation.  However, unlike other signs ruled by air, Libra demands balance and peace.

With the full moon now occurring in this cerebral sign, we find ourselves examining our shadow desires.  Not hidden from self, but the mixing of emotion and reason to fully realize how we suppress our true passions to hold on to certain comforts.   Accepting behaviors to have someone in your life is not aligned with spiritual harmony.  Being emotionally unavailable because due to the fear of being hurt has caused some to be out of sync with their purpose.  Libra says do away with the extremes and anything stopping our tranquility, energetically deflecting others who can provide balance.

The Universe is demanding a shift.  Have you found yourself questioning everything you once believed?  That's the effect of Uranus in Taurus which is shaking up our foundation and need for what once stabilized us.  It is the proverbial tower moment, destroying all beliefs we've outgrown, fantasies we once held dear, illusions stopping us from expanding further.  This full moon is occurring during our shift and reaches in to retrieve those last remnants of behaviors trapping us in our old patterns.


During this moon, I am paying homage to my inner Divine Feminine.  Because I tend to push through any opposition such as fatigue, ignoring my own needs and desires, it's time to nourish/replenish the softer side of Amuri. The intention setting will also be in alignment with balancing out the overpowering Divine Masculine activities this world pushes on everyone by putting the Divine Feminine on center stage. 

  • Isis, the ancient goddess of the Divine Feminine sits front and center on my alter.  Actually the statue used to sit on a bookcase, but just yesterday she called out to me move, and so I complied.  I will also add some fresh pink roses and my rose quartz to join her.

  • Using a pink candle for my fire magic; it will be infused with:
    • rosemary
    • lavender oil
    • dried roses

  • Spiritual Bath with some of my favorite items from Houss Freya's store:
    • Bath Milk
    • Purification salt 
    • Dried Roses

I've always tried to be one with with purpose, however the follow through can have ebbs and flows.  I'll go into a project or a task with vigor; then someone or something will throw me off track, and that project will linger...and linger...and linger.  Lots of 3/4ths of things hanging around, waiting for the 1/4th to come in and make it complete. Dear Daysi, There was a time in 2018 when things seemed to be completely out of order in multiple aspects of my life.  Love, money, self, work and inspiration fell completely out of balance; chaos is the word that best describes all of my every day experiences back then.  My life was the equivalent of a radio placed on scan to find a station, but none fit what you are seeking. There was a day in September that was my lowest.  I didn't know how I was going to pay the rest of  my daughter's tuition.  At work we were fighting daily about a project.  My clothes stopped fitting again. Daydreamin' When I'm Sleep

I've always had the gift of dreams. Really I was born with the ability to call things to me in my waking life, but have been too fearful of that gift.  So I end up jinxing myself and calling trash instead of treasure most times.  But dreams of things to come or things unfolding in the present are my constant barometers.  When I was younger, I'd dream of aliens taking over the world, the need to find safety.  So many end of the world dreams for such an immature mind.  Each time, I'd find a place to hide, but the aliens would never just leave.  From there I'd dream about death.  My father's death to be more specific.  In fact, for a year I would randomly dream he'd die in a car accident.  After each dream, someone would die in that manner, a school mate, my sister and finally my father.  Imagine my fear of dreams after that.  But a gift is a gift.  Whether sleeping or awake, the visions will come.
