One Blood

Today is the much awaited Super Blood Moon and Total Lunar Eclipse.  cue the magical sprinkles...  The full moon is manifesting in the sign of Leo, and combined with the Eclipse, prepare for spiritual inferno.  All of those desires brought in to the New Year and prayed about during the Capricorn New Moon can now be exposed and super charged to take place in your life.

 Have the courage to speak your desires into existence to the Universe and have the divine vision to make it manifest.


Leo is ruled by the Sun and is a sign of bold action.  The lion lies in wait for the right timing.  Even while sitting still, he's made several moves in his mind.  In his stillness, the air of strength, royalty, and ownership is emitted from his body.  Everyone knows to tread lightly and with respect to the King.  When an opening appears, the lion proceeds swift and precisely.  He's not silent either.  The Roar is loud and thunderous.  Proving he moves with bravery and prowess.

This is the time to be the lion.  To find that inner strength to not only dream, but to speak it into your world.  The eclipse puts the battery in the back of your desires.  It hastens materialization and expanses.  Don't be afraid.  The Divine called you to this time for just this moment.  Don't waste it in fear.  Embrace it in faith.






So I don't know about you, but I've been feeling the effects of this moon ALL WEEK!!!!  How many hugs have I given to folks??? Too many!  But expression and appreciation has been the theme.

Blame it on the boogie...

I actually started prepping yesterday by cleaning my space.  The primary focus is on love and money.  All of 2018 I've been placing the energy towards healing, spiritual growth and inner peace; which has prepared me to fully receive the blessings from God.  After cleaning both the main and ancestor alters, I created my love alter.  Not showing any photos, but here's what's on it.  Because I live in a very populated city, space is limited.  So I turned my Djembe into a makeshift alter.  On it I have (shout out to Dollar Tree):

  • Heart shaped glass container filled with rose petals
  • Small Red Candle in a cylinder glass container
    • The candle is sitting in the heart container (it's like container inception)
  • Rose petals scattered across the top of the drum
  • A memento from a night out
  •  A fortune cookie that says "Love is the music expressed to the soul."
  • Three stemmed roses and two light up roses in a red vase that says love on the front
Didn't infuse the candle with any love oils or herbs.  Just used protection oil purchased from Houss Freya to coat my intention.  With that I said a prayer, lit the candle and meditated on the purpose for about an hour.

This morning I began the day receiving a spiritual message for someone.  So I wrote it down, and received more.  Then I placed it in an envelope to give them later.  These downloads are getting stronger which means my brow and crown chakra work has opened me up more.  After praying and thanking God, my angels, guides and ancestors, I began getting ready for the money attraction.  Again no pictures and shout out to Dollar General:
  • Green Candle
    • Dressed with gold coins
    • Infused with:
      • Crushed Rosemary
      • Cloves
      •  Cinnamon
      • Frankincense
  • Saint Patty's day gold coins
  • Shamrock that says Blessings
  • Money Jar that Little and I use to place spare change
  • Money Incense 
  • Dollar Sign toy glasses
  • Limited space so I used my desk for the money alter.  
    • Cleaned it and used Florida Water for the spiritual cleanse 
I prayed and sat with the intentions for about 30 minutes.

For the rest of the day, I'll help my bonus child with prepping to protect is sacred space.  He can't go into this night without spiritual protection because anything you do has a high potential to backfire if you are not surrounded in light and love.    I will also make the mixture from the New Moon.  Since I started the year with that recipe, I'm going to keep it going.  The thing is, just like life, you don't wait until an event to do the work.  I'm getting my alters up and running before so tonight will increase what has already been brewing.  A flower cannot grow until the earth is tilled, seeds chosen, planted and watered.  The full moon calls out and pulls the life from those seeds.  So start your work now so you aren't rushing tonight.

Dear Daysi, There was a time in 2018 when things seemed to be completely out of order in multiple aspects of my life.  Love, money, self, work and inspiration fell completely out of balance; chaos is the word that best describes all of my every day experiences back then.  My life was the equivalent of a radio placed on scan to find a station, but none fit what you are seeking. There was a day in September that was my lowest.  I didn't know how I was going to pay the rest of  my daughter's tuition.  At work we were fighting daily about a project.  My clothes stopped fitting again. Daydreamin' When I'm Sleep

I've always had the gift of dreams. Really I was born with the ability to call things to me in my waking life, but have been too fearful of that gift.  So I end up jinxing myself and calling trash instead of treasure most times.  But dreams of things to come or things unfolding in the present are my constant barometers.  When I was younger, I'd dream of aliens taking over the world, the need to find safety.  So many end of the world dreams for such an immature mind.  Each time, I'd find a place to hide, but the aliens would never just leave.  From there I'd dream about death.  My father's death to be more specific.  In fact, for a year I would randomly dream he'd die in a car accident.  After each dream, someone would die in that manner, a school mate, my sister and finally my father.  Imagine my fear of dreams after that.  But a gift is a gift.  Whether sleeping or awake, the visions will come.
