Brand New Day

Today is the first New Moon of 2019 and falls in the sign of Capricorn.  We are also experiencing a partial Solar Eclipse.  A lot of cosmic energy and possibilities are ready to be unleashed at this time and man am I ready.

For New Year's Eve and Day, I didn't set any written intentions.  Basically, the goal is to be open to all that the Universe has designed for me.  In the past I've set limitations based on insecurities, fear, past hurts, hiding from myself...essentially I've been my own personal blocker.







Because 2018 was so transformation, going into 2019 I desire to put in the necessary work into achieving my dreams, thus laying the foundation for long standing success.  It starts with speaking my truth without fear.  Well I started today by talking to a dear brother that I think of as Oz.  So the Wizard of Oz is my favorite movie, and he reminds me of the mythical aura and reverence that was given to the "great and powerful" one.  He calls me on my shit, and just like Oz, pushes me to confront those "demons" that serve as blockades to reaching my highest potential.  Even when I don't like what he's saying, I can never say he's lying.  UGH.






So I opened up and told him about my desire to start a YouTube channel in May.  Then I opened up about Tarot, dreams, awakening abilities, etc... Oh and this blog.  It was cathartic.  Initially I edited my phrasing to ensure he would not take it as religion or spook, but that was insulting in a way.  I know him well enough to be assured that he would not only understand but accept.  It's a knowing in him not a belief just as it's a knowing to me.  That's the thing about fear, you want to be released from it, however fears powerful hold makes it hard to untangle the fingers from around your throat.  That doesn't mean submit to it, just get your strength up.

This year is my leap of faith year.  It's the time that I'm stepping out of the comforts of the shadow and moving into warmth of the sun.





Tonight's New Moon and Eclipse.

Well it has been quite rainy today in the Northeast, so going out to experience either is not an option.  That doesn't mean I stop with the intention work or feeling the effects of either.  Today I made the same herbal mix from New Year's, and added Thyme for courage.  It's currently filling the house with the glorious scent again.  Here are the ingredients given by Houss Freya:

Orange Slices -  Get the Sacral Chakra going.  I've been doing a lot of work in that area to increase my energy and optimism.

Apple Peels (I ate the apple after peeling) - For a new beginning.  It's red for the Root Chakra, which is our first.  Since I'm beginning from 0 (like the Fool), I want to bring in room for the new.

Cinnamon -  Bringing in Success and Money.

Star Anise - Protection.  Also for enhancing my abilities.

Thyme - Courage.

Rosemary - To honor my ancestors.  Promote on wisdom.

Cloves -  Raise my and my home's spiritual vibrations.

Mint -  Healing. I am still getting over bronchitis, also to build up immunity from any other ailments.  Also it helps for money attraction.


While this pot is going, I cleaned.  Because of sickness, the clothes from our trip to NC remained in the suitcase.  The time had come to put away the tree and the clothes.  I hate that part of travel.  But, it's done and the clutter is gone.  I'll take a spiritual bath....well shower, and then start my intention setting, followed by prayer and meditation.  I'm keeping things really simple by burning 3 candles,  Blue for the Throat Chakra to help clear out any issues I'm having from illness.  However, it's most important to align it to aid in speaking truth and clear communication.  Purple for the Brow Chakra to ensure the 3rd Eye remains open and increase my abilities for my Clairs.  Yellow for the Solar Plexus to promote creativity and courage. 

The Capricorn New Moon should be a time when you set your intentions for your long term goals.  What is that you TRULY want for yourself?  What does your intuition tell you?  Capricorn is a sign of deliberation and work.   This means really think about what it is that your soul is calling you to do.  Not out of some emotional reaction to a situation, but born out of divine intervention.  The eclipse opens up the portal to make it happen in a more rapid pace, which is why there must be clarity in foundation that's being set.



The house has been Saged with Dragons Blood and now I'm off to continue the work...

I've always tried to be one with with purpose, however the follow through can have ebbs and flows.  I'll go into a project or a task with vigor; then someone or something will throw me off track, and that project will linger...and linger...and linger.  Lots of 3/4ths of things hanging around, waiting for the 1/4th to come in and make it complete. Love is a House

Dear Daysi, There was a time in 2018 when things seemed to be completely out of order in multiple aspects of my life.  Love, money, self, work and inspiration fell completely out of balance; chaos is the word that best describes all of my every day experiences back then.  My life was the equivalent of a radio placed on scan to find a station, but none fit what you are seeking. There was a day in September that was my lowest.  I didn't know how I was going to pay the rest of  my daughter's tuition.  At work we were fighting daily about a project.  My clothes stopped fitting again. Daydreamin' When I'm Sleep

I've always had the gift of dreams. Really I was born with the ability to call things to me in my waking life, but have been too fearful of that gift.  So I end up jinxing myself and calling trash instead of treasure most times.  But dreams of things to come or things unfolding in the present are my constant barometers.  When I was younger, I'd dream of aliens taking over the world, the need to find safety.  So many end of the world dreams for such an immature mind.  Each time, I'd find a place to hide, but the aliens would never just leave.  From there I'd dream about death.  My father's death to be more specific.  In fact, for a year I would randomly dream he'd die in a car accident.  After each dream, someone would die in that manner, a school mate, my sister and finally my father.  Imagine my fear of dreams after that.  But a gift is a gift.  Whether sleeping or awake, the visions will come.
